I pulled it out only to find it full of Bud Lite bottle caps. Looking at the bale, the other half of the water bottle was sticking out also, and it was also full of bottle caps. Taking the bale apart, there were even more bottle caps spread around. The problem is that throwing your waste into a farm field isn't just littering, it's also causing risks to animals if it ends up in their feed. Especially something metal like the rusted bottle caps. "Hardware", as it is called when consumed by an animal, causes internal bleeding, digestion issues, and is one of the leading causes of death for cows.
