I'm not sure what the cost would be, but has anyone suggested using a service like Cloud Craft or maybe partnering with Titan CNC Shop down in Texas, for the heads? I have all the faith in the world in welded and filled heads working, but longer term I think it'd be a good investment to have a set of heads manufactured as solid pieces.

Hell Yeah!! It warms my heart to see two young guys using high tech to solve hot rod problems!! PS... weldcoach.com is a great source for welding instruction. Also his videos on the Fabricator Series here on yt are where I'm learning most of my welding tips from as I'm teaching myself to tig so I can make an exhaust for my Navigator swapped f150. Best of luck to you guys!
