I've heard over and over again that doing the breathing and ice baths opens your mind to things; and they're right! Been doing them for 8 months straight and thought I went as deep as my mind was going to go. Learned to reflect and enjoyed it. These last 4 weeks broke opened up a freaking reservoir of memories. All sorts of crazy crap I remembered with insane clarity. I was not expecting this... enjoyment kinda turned into "oh crap, haha this is waaay deeper and darker than I thought " 😅 " ok, guess keep going?

The breathing exercises helped my allergies and asthma and ofcourse my anxiety. In the end of every breathing exercise the mind becomes so calm, it's almost scary.

All of them really. Physical and mental . Body tingles. Mind sharpens and happiness sets in. Right now I dip in the ocean which is cold enough. Ice baths and breathing. Horse stance. Changed my life. Started in 2020 and here it os 2025 already.

I find remaining conscious to be a challenge. Once the breath holds start getting extended it's quite easy for me to fall asleep while experiencing the calm and peace the breathing helps me to experience. Ive noticed better stress management and less sinus congestion as well.

After surviving winter with shorts and stuff, I have noticed that I no longer am sick. Coldness kills the bacterias, so therefore I embrace the coldness like I embrace Mother Nature herself warmly.
