To all members, subscribers, and viewers, some good changes!

First, a big thank you to all the channel members. Your support means a lot, and more engagement is coming.

For all subscribers and non-subscribers, good news: I am now making all listed Live Streams fully *public indefinitely*, and I plan to keep streaming a lot, just like I have been doing over the last couple of weeks.

And for members, the goal is also to become even more interactive.

*For "Support & Early Access" members*

As before, you get early access to videos and help support this channel.

Now, you can also post in the community, and I will make sure to answer those first or even turn those topics into live videos, which could create a really cool dynamic.

*"Live Stream" members are now "Office Hours" members*

"Office Hours" members will get two office hours working sessions a month on average.
I’m going to try to schedule them at regular times so it’s easier to plan.

I will keep sending the topic poll as community posts just like I have been doing, and will post the unlisted live streams and the MS Teams Webinar registration links as well. Members and their friends can join either way.

"Office Hours" members can share those links with their friends and colleagues.

Thanks to MS Teams rooms, the goal is to be more interactive with members’ topic choices and Q&A, but users can still join the same stream via YouTube Live, as we have been experimenting the last couple of weeks.

*Conclusion*

I think this format is a big win for the members, subscribers, and the channel. Doing those "members only live streams" slowed the growth of the channel, and that in turn discouraged me from doing more live streams. Now, I hope that this new format will help the channel grow while giving more value to the members and YouTube viewers, subscribed or not.

Until next time, happy coding!
