At the very least, I’m happy that the videos got to the dukes archives, because I used that guide to get through my first playthrough of dark souls. It was a guide that really helped me get into the series and I’m very thankful for that. Since you ended the series where you did, I was able to continue the rest of the game and future playthroughs all on my own. Your videos were the equivalent of training wheels for me, and I’m happy that they were here to help.

It's a real shame that you aren't going to finish it, especially since you're so close to doing so at this point, but I'm not surprised either, and I'm just happy you're wanting to do something else that you want to do. A creator's gotta create, and you're a hell of a creator, and I wish you the best of luck. I will never forget your DUMBSHITS GUIDE series, and I'll probably re-watch the entirety of it to date out of respect and honor, with a salute to you, dear sir.

Quite honestly, I'm happy just knowing that you're okay and in a good place. The series going dark like it did had me expecting the worst, and while I'm sad it'll never be a completed work, some things are more important than simple entertainment. Thanks for doing it. Really. It brought me a lot of laughs that were sorely needed sometimes.

First of all, the best of luck and success to you! I stumbled upon these videos of yours last week (unironically) after finally having started playing DS1 and besides entertaining me, your guides genuinely raised my enjoyment of the game by providing all the information needed to proceed in possibly frustrating levels. Good git gud guide, Thank You! And when I reached the Duke's Archives a few days ago and having met Seath in the tower, I looked to your guide for de-confusion, only to find that you had last uploaded 4 years ago. The timing and content of this announcement is truly something to me, especially since I absolutely get wanting to make a game yourself and know how much time that takes. (I study Games Engineering.) idk I am appearantly easily amused. Oh and also, have fun creating! That's important.
