This is FANTASTIC body recomposition work, brother! Losing the extra lbs while maintaining the muscle requires a lot of intention and discipline, kudos to you! I remember you mentioning in an older interview that you hit the treadmill in the AM while watching shows. how many days a week are you getting weight training in? Guess we'll see if any of those those "new muscles" folks get upset over the new, leaner look 🤣Do you have a target weight or are you just doing your thing and seeing where it takes you

Wanted to give an update on my health. During the pandemic I almost got to 300lbs but over the past 2 years I've been able to get back down to a healthy weight like I used to be. Lot of yall out there concerned I appreciate it but im not sick just working my butt of hiking and lifting 💪🏾🤙🏾
