As someone who used both Pixel and iphone... There is nothing like the freedom and the camera performance of the Google pixel 10 pro although its behind the iphone in performance parts.

Pixel for me. Pixel is the smartest phone out there. The 17 Pro is an excellent phone with a consistent camera across all modes. In my opinion, the Pixel is made to make life easier for you and helps you solve problems you didn't even know existed. The 17 Pro is a superb status symbol that sets trends.

Pixel looks better imo but I would choose iPhone cuz of it’s more consistent performance, cameras, battery life, and just longevity

I have pixel 8 and let me tell you this with in a year or two all the android phone's performance gets degraded so badly. But my iphone 12 just works so smoothly even now. I choose reliability over unoptimized OS.

Aside from performance, the pixel 10 pro is better in every way.

Honestly, both are equally flawed here. Pixel leaned too heavily on AI and neglected core hardware improvements. The cameras are solid in the traditional sense, but that’s about where it stops. The iPhone 17 Pro nails the software side, with Apple’s insane optimization shining through since they only have a few models to fine-tune compared to the vast Android ecosystem. But that aluminum build 🥲 picks up scratches and dents way too easily. Neither of these phones really deserves their premium price tags given the compromises. They are functional, yes, but each comes with major flaws in its own way

The Pixel is honestly the better phone and im using a iPhone right now. Its AI features puts it miles ahead of Apple. Even the budget android’s have better AI and editing features.
