SELF SABOTEUR was one the first songs written for my solo project with Eyelar and produced by Frank Nobel and Linus Nordstrom 💐 inspired by a poem I wrote when I first met my partner called ‘something has to go wrong’. I love what it evolved into together with the gang so ty 🥹💐 To make sure it fit perfectly on the album, I decided to rework it a little - shout out Starsmith for the glorious outro/lip service transition of dreams 🙂↔️
LIP SERVICE is cutesy filth 😂 I’m such a huge fan of Tove Lo (No One Dies From Love is one of my favourite pop songs of all time) so I was so excited we got to work together 🥹 the only song on the album that was initiated without me (shout out Johan Salomonsson 👏🏽) but I just couldn’t get it out my head. Myself, Tove Lo and producer Tim Nelson worked on it in LA then MNEK and I finished it in London 💖
