Returns are one thing, but what you risk to generate those returns are the most important thing. It's no good making money if you could blow up at any moment. Congratulations Ernie, I hope 2024 brings you continued success š

Embarking on a trading journey demands resilience, strategy, and the courage to take calculated risks. Today, I'm sharing a glimpse into my own journey over the past 563 days. From an initial capital of $23,000 to a balance that's now touching $49,492, the path has been challenging but rewarding, with a total return of 115.18%.
This graph isn't just a reflection of financial gains; it symbolizes the discipline, learning, and adaptation that trading necessitates. With 458 trades under my belt, each decision was a lesson that further honed my strategy. While the win rate hovers around 48%, it's the quality of the wins, with a profit factor of 1.59, that truly tells the story.
The biggest takeaway? The power of an asymmetric risk-to-reward strategy. It's about making each win count significantly more than any loss, demonstrated by an average win-to-loss ratio of 1.72. Even the heaviest of down days, indicated by a maximum drawdown of just 5.98%, were opportunities to learn and bounce back stronger.
In trading, as in life, the journey is filled with ups and downs ā but with a steadfast commitment to process and continuous improvement, the trajectory can lead to remarkable growth, both in capital and in character. This is my journey; let it inspire yours. #TradingJourney #RiskManagement #ProcessOverOutcome #0DTE
