We need an updated recipe! You shouldn’t heat up raw milk, instead pour boiling water over raw eggs and wash them with cold water, it will get rid of all salmonella. Then you can add grated nutmeg with the cinnamon and also use 2 tsp honey instead of 1 Great recipe! Always works for morning, even afternoon wood! One day I drank 2 full sized portions of this, and I could not sleep because of the wood, wow. Pls make more recipes like this! 💪

I recently made a batch. How crazy that you post this poll about it, first time I made it was a few years back. Recently it got so hard it woke me up in the middle of the night. Might be TMI but it felt a lil too good. 😂

It is really tasty, I was expecting ultra eggy taste lol but its worth trying. When Ive put macros on fitatu I was a little bit schocked from the amount of fats, its all good tho
