I love this Rachel! Sometimes it’s hard to be grateful when we look around at all our circumstances. God is continually reminding me of all the good things in my life. I did a Sam’s Club run today before I go back to work tomorrow :) Have a blessed Thursday😊

I was just discussing with a friend about how Jesus commanded us to love one another and to forgive without conditions! We were saying how difficult this is and how we fail miserably sometimes. Thank you for the reminder to keep trying!

Love this poem. ❤️ I’m working on a decluttering project with my son today & then we’re taking those items to a couple consignment shops. After we’re hoping to start cleaning out a section of the garage if time allows. 😁

You have no idea how much I needed this post. Going through some hard things right now and I’m trying SO HARD not to be selfish about things. Because it’s not about me and I’m in a position to really help. I just need to get my heart right. Thank you so much for this post.

Heart Towards Home
Good morning friends! It's Thursday and a good reminder to make it a "Thankful Thursday!"
I wanted to share this adorable bunny as well as this encouraging word for us all today...
Dear God, Remind me to..
Choose to heal, not to hurt.
To forgive, not to despise.
To persevere, not to quit.
To smile, not to frown.
To love, not to hate.
To bless, not stress.
And above all..
Be grateful for each and every thing you have
blessed me with. Amen. (copied)
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
"16. Rejoice evermore.
17. Pray without ceasing.
18. In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you."
Practicing gratitude is not something that comes naturally for me. Sometimes it is downright work! I have to remind myself daily so I thought I'd remind you today, too. 😁
Today, I am working on my fall decorating and gearing up for my upcoming videos. If you have time, drop a line to tell me what you're doing today or what you're thankful for.
One thing I am thankful for is that I managed to have a "successful" garden in my first year of planting one. By successful, I mean that it grew vegetables- and I didn't expect any for my first attempt. That's how little faith I have in my gardening skills. Lol. Sidenote, my one little lonely corn stalk that came up ( I mentioned it a few weeks back) is still growing, but no sign of an ear yet. 🤣
It's August tomorrow! Can you believe it?! 😳 Have a great rest of your week!!
Love you all! ~ Rachel 🍁🐈⬛️🐈😊💕 P.S. I apologize that I haven't had a chance to respond to all of your comments lately. I will try to find time to do so very soon.
