You don’t have to train like a bodybuilder to look like one…

Most guys think they need to be in the gym 5 days a week, train for 2 hours long and do 10 different exercises…

But I’ll be honest:

9/10 times, guys train like this for an entire year, and then look in the mirror to ask themselves why they’re still so skinny. 😂

It’s normal though:

The only reason why chasing the pump with too much volume is so popular, is because of the big bodybuilders of 40-50 years ago…

As you probably know, a lot of these guys liked to use a little bit of help (💉)...

And in this situation, it doesn’t matter how they trained.

They could grow muscle with ANY method.

So they chose to use a “safer” failure strategy, which is high volume with moderate weights…

Instead of the most efficient failure strategy: high intensity.

(That doesn’t mean high intensity training is not safe, you just need more knowledge)

So just to say: if you want to look and lift like a bodybuilder, while staying natural…

You will progress MUCH quicker with a few sets at proper intensity, than with 10 exercises of 5 sets each…

Because maybe you don’t have any “special help”...

But you don’t need that, if you have knowledge. 🗿

I have used 2 set method for 2 years and I swear to god I have gone from one pull up to +60kg weighted pull up max at 62kg body weight, as long as your consistent and recover well and keep pushing yourself harder it will work.

@sinamohammadi4945

Actually intense training requires much more than just knowledge. It also requires experience and being a above average athlete. Otherwise you may not see good results cause you can not push yourself anough or you may hurt yourself because of lack of needed experience to do so. Respect brother🤜🤛

@Toxtube

I do 2-3 exercises per muscle group and 3 sets per exercise in the 8-12 rep range. I also do drop sets often

@xKyleNxCoD

Depends on what your goals are. If you train to have fun and want to be in the park for awhile, then nothing wrong with high volume.

I think one of the most important factors is your alimentation. You could have the best program but that doesn't matter if the body doesn't get the necessary amount of food.

Damm how big your biceps

@mohameddieng3984

It all comes to consistancy, you have been lifting for more than 7 years i think so it perfectly makes sense you'd look like that. Not because of a particular training method but rather discipline and consistancy.
