I appreciate the enthusiasm about SoW in the comments guys, but just a friendly reminder to be patient please. Animation takes a VERY long time. Don’t expect anything SoW related this year. As mentioned in the “Future of SoW” video, you can join our discord for updates too, there was a small update there a month or so ago in our Squared Direct event (over on our Squared Crew YT channel). I’ll repeat here for anyone curious of updates: “- Reminder to everyone that the "Future of Songs of War" video on Squared Media still has the most recent general info - Myself and FeatherStorm are writing a 3 episode mini-series based on the Contest of Champions and first half of the Great War. All 3 episodes to this mini-series are confirmed, even if funding for season 2 fails in the future. - Script writing has begun on episode 1, but we're still a while off going into production (this announcement was made nearly a couple month ago, so we’re closer to production now). Do not expect any big updates for a while. - No estimated release date. Definitely no Songs of War animations this year. Disappointing or not, quality over quantity is my focus. - Slight correction from the Squared Direct. Production will likely start sometime mid to late this year, but there could still be small teasers later this year. Squared Direct's a primary place I would like to hype things up when I have information to share. Do give those streams a support whenever they are announced! That's all for now :D” - Mont
