I'm not sure how you all feel about Mondays, but there is just something about starting a new week that I love. Last week we were very productive in the garden. We got our banana patch finished and irrigated. We brought in 1,400 pounds of fresh compost and amended our 3 main garden beds. We harvested some propolis from our beehive, and got some very pretty eggs! Lastly we cleaned up weeds, which always feels really good to get rid of. Hope you all have a great new week and are able to accomplish some of the plans you have set out for yourself. This week we plan to film our Sourdough course, so that is super exciting! Stay tuned:)
