Undiagnosed or maybe I was in 1975. My mother had a fight with a school nurse or school counselor about getting me treatment. Based on many videos & self education I see I have so much in common with you. So possibly I am a 55 year old AuADHD.

I may well have the combo but I can't face another long waiting list, lots of questionnaires and another assessment to find out. It's too exhausting. I was diagnosed with ASD at age 49 after being on the NHS waiting list here in England for 3 years so at least I have one diagnosis. I do seem to be in constant conflict with myself though.

Completely sure I have both. Self diagnosed at 51 and finally my life made sense. Really hard to find anyone here in Germany to help me get officially diagnosed so far.

It’s nice to see this poll because it’s hard sometimes to figure out how many of us are just autistic and how many are AuDHD! The official stats are so vague it’s nice to see some real life data 👌 I’m only autistic btw

I'm diagnosed autistic and still in the process of finding out wether or nor not I also have ADHD. The traits are sometimes difficult to tell apart so I'm really not sure. My therapist is great, she helped me find a place for ADHD diagnosis with a very short waiting list, so I will hopefully know more in the near future.

I know for certain that I have ADHD, diagnosed last October. However, I see a lot of myself in the various signs and scenarios that you talk about in your videos. But I'm not supposed to Dr. YouTube so I'll have to wait for my new therapist to diagnose me. Just started with her on Tuesday April 22nd. See her again on May 27th. I'm 53.

Diagnosed with ADHD and autism at 46. My struggle was most with the ADHD ,the medication helped a lot. My austism makes me stable, and feels like myself. Although people around me don't understand me, like minded people do.. Thats why I love your video's!! I recognize the struggles. Much Love🙏😍

I'm still self diagnosed AuDHD because it's really difficult to find someone with updated knowledge on that combination in women, where I live. The few places I could go to, to get a diagnosis, don't even put you on the waiting lists anymore. So I'll just keep struggling for a little longer.

My girlfriend has mainly ADHD, but has realize she has. autism also. I have mainly autism, recently year after meeting my girlfriend I have realize I might have ADHD. Girlfriend, diagnosed ADHD and undiagnosed autism and me diagnosed autism and undiagnosed ADHD

AuDHD + DID here! It's super common for us with DID to also be autistic, it seems. I guess it does make sense since we tend to have very early trauma and not a lot of support to process it, so we develop DID or another trauma condition like C-PTSD or a PD. It's rough out there as an AuDHD kid 💔
