My bermuda is tough. cut at 1.25 ... we got the heat... i have two dogs in the front so pee and thangs 😂... recovering from some weed and lawn feed ... coming back 7 days later ...now should green up again in 7 days ... Wanna thank you for all the advice... Gets windy here in a few weeks the Santa Anas i gotta keep it from drying.

I'm at 1.75" which was raised slowly from 1" at the start of the season. North Dallas here. Still have almost two months left of growing season.

I raised mine from ~.75 to approx 1.125 with the reel mower in August. Looks good. I have some clusters of what I think is dalllis grass, and it's being quiet resistant to my concoction of liquid herbicide that had never failed me (Specticide 470 and certainty/ sertay mixture)

1.73 inches? Mosquitoes. 0.75” and it seems tall, only if I go lower it will brown up.
