1. ive discovered that I can't use the military sleeping technique everyday cuz I need more and more intensity in my muscle contractions and breathing and that's not sustainable. I'll have to experiment more with this so I can always do it.

2. ive found the cause of my 'burnouts'; my job. I was really confused cuz I don't do much on a daily basis, but after figuring out how to save every minute of every day (exaggerating), I've seen that my 9-5 causes me to burn out. this is because on my off days, I ruthlessly follow my self improvement path, and now with the MST, I'm having more time. but when I have work, I end up fucking around for 7 hours of the day cuz I don't take my job seriously. so my mind and body are confused, "are we productive or not??". I just need to be productive for a week in a row and I think I won't get so burnt out from such little work.

to make this better, I'm gonna try to limit my fun at work and just work. this doesn't mean I take it seriously (otherwise I'd be going for manager position), but it means I value productivity. and also when I earn money with my businesses (whether LearnQuik or patreon etc), I'll retire myself first so I can get rid of this problem.
