I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of programs on your YouTube channel. I love exercising to the different eras of music. You have programs of different lengths, so it fits with amount of time you have that day. I really like the new weights, cardio and balance routines. Thank you for helping this 76 yr old woman get, and continue to be fit!! Excellent work.

Thank you Jules! I had a huge NSV yesterday, went to get some new clothes and Iβm FOUR dress sizes down. Have lost 35lbs since January by counting calories and macros but the scales havenβt been moving much lately. Just goes to show how being consistent with your workouts has helped me slim down and tone up as well as regain mobility after my spinal fusion surgery. I canβt sing your praises enough, your workouts keep me coming back daily. So grateful for your channel! β€οΈ

Thank you so much for this. This morning I did your equally excellent 40-min menopause and belly fat workout. LOVED β€ I used to be so slim around the waist and then something happened (menopause + pandemic) and I completely lost the shape, it was so sad and frustrating, especially around the waist. I'm still not back to where I was and I might never get there again, but I'm enjoying the movement and I know it'll benefit me long term, so here I am! Thank you for being there!

Hey Jules, unfortunately I can't follow your workouts for a while. π₯Ί I have a high iron deficiency in my blood. I am extremely tired and have all kinds of complaints. I find that very bad because I had already done 4 weeks. π I have to be patient now and take it easy but I will definitely do your workouts again when I can. πͺπ» You will see my comments again; when I'm better

Btw, my workouts are suitable for all ages, not just seniors. The intermediate level workouts are definitely equal (if not harder) to other beginner level YT workouts that you'll find. I hope you find the calendars helpful!
