Semen Retention Cycle

I personally feel that with semen retention, it's not a case of "the longer the better", but rather about your finding your ideal cycle.

When you do this, you avoid things like an atrophied endocrine system, weak erections, excessive pressure in the prostate, and your hormones and energy levels are at an optimized level.

Ejaculating every day will deplete you.

Being overly obsessive about trying to go decades without ejaculating can make your body and mind very rigid an unbalanced.

I learnt from personal experience and also Dr Lin, some of you might have seen his site years ago, the key to this is coming close to orgasm, ideally having those mini orgasms but not ejaculating. This charges your system up so much, stopping the atrophy and weakening of the system which is a real concern, but let's it then disperse back through the body. Feels like getting a shot of testosterone, gives best of both worlds, charging up the system and not losing it, without also ejaculating
