What game was the power part, Barrier Field introduced in?

I know J had barrier parts, but not specifically “barrier field”. Instead, it had Barrier S/M/L, which blocked 800/1000/1200 damage for 5/10/15 EN respectively.

i knew it wasnt 2nd og because they exist in og1. never gotten around to playing anything else in the series except lord of elemental however.
