Have you seen our VR content?

Over the years I've played around with making some content with VR sword games.

Recently we've been playing around with some cool effects, different games, and doing creative ways to approach content in VR.

https://youtu.be/F7L0MovT2Ng

This content is a lot fun, and it's one of the only times I, David, to play video games.

Plus VR is less stressful to make and edit. Most of the effects are done during the capture process, making post-production a lot simpler.

While this content is fun to make, it's performance has been erratic, as is of the case with new and different videos.

We have a bunch of fun and interesting ideas you want to try out, new games we like to play, and we like to invest some more into our VR infrastructure to make our videos even better, but... Is this content that you guys want to see?

No matter how much fun we have with it, if it's not something the audience is interested in, there isn't a point in making it. We are happy to keep trying if people like it, but if you don't, we will move in.

Let us know what you think.

Admittedly I haven't watched much of your vr content but what I have seen is great and if you enjoy making it then in my opinion that's the most important thing

I love the VR videos so much. They've been motivating me to play Blade & Sorcery more too just because of how fun the game is and how fun you make it look. So ye, please keep doing them to the best of your abilities, cuz I'm gonna keep watching them

@Woj5ek

VR is really fun but tbh I enjoyed the older, 1st person vr videos where you could see your pov instead of a 3rd person camera but I'll still watch both

I personally feel like vr is a good chance to explore more of the fantasy side of our hobby, instead of the usual “would this cut work” kind of thing most other creators in the space do, so idk man maybe fight a dragon or something 👍👍 ps im still gonna watch regardle

Recently found the channel through your shorts. Didn’t know VR was the recent ones. Love the content, great stuff. Maybe a gladius? Or other Hellenistic to AD style swords would be cool.

I’m unlikely to watch long-form VR content, but I’ll usually watch a “HEMA practitioner/real sword techniques in VR” style short.

Personally I dont like VR content. But this is your chanel, you can obviously do what you like.. this might be just one comment but I think the best of your content comes from the interaction so God Speed, have some fun and keep the good work guys!!

Any games with precise enough controls are great for showing actual techniques and fighting show from a First Person Perspective, so I think vr is really good for this kind of videos

You guys have so much fun, that's what I love about your videos, do what you want as long as you have fun doing it

For a lot of people, it’s easier to play video games than swing swords. But it’s great to feel that connection to the real thing, especially with real life techniques and styles. You guys help bridge those two worlds and it’s pretty cool to see. There are a lot of other great melee fighting games out there now too - you guys could find something that really shows off your talents!

I like both the VR content and real life content. Either way, I just like learning about different types of swords and how they relate to the swordsmanship styles from around the world.

Dude I just like the vr stuff. It's just really cool to see you guys do it, it reminds me of trying to do the sword fights in Wii sports resort. Keep it up!

Taking real life HEMA knowledge and implementing it into VR swordsmanship is a huge leap into the future of gaming and I think it has huge potential even outside of the sword enthusiast space. I say keep going and keep pushing these boundaries
