I think it’s really interesting the different ways a gender bent Isabella could go. It looks like making him with the same powers of flowers (unintentional rhyme) and stuff. But the original starts off making only “feminine” plants until Mirabel gets her to open up and create more ‘unconventional’ plants like cacti and succulents. So when reversed what if he starts out creating only “manly” plants like big trees and sharp cacti, and after What Else Can I Do he grows flowers too? This is not saying you should change it lol just like an idea, oh and I also think the gender-bending would significantly change Louisa’s character as well.
