The hardest thing in life is losing a loved one. Stuff can be replaced. More money can be made. But the people we lose leave a hole in our hearts that can never be filled.

Grief shatters us to our core. Loss makes us question life: why are we here, what is the point, is life meaningless?

In my latest YouTube video, I read an excerpt from my book, Grief and Spiritual Healing: Surviving Life After Loss. It confronts the deep questions during life's hardest moments. Written during my own period of grief, may these words bring you some bit of peace and comfort as they brought me.

Yes this was my undoing the loss n heartbreak was more than i could process. It led me through the darkest time of my life. It also led to my spirtual awakening Thee intial breaking of the ego from the longest dark night of the soul n intense suffering you could imagine. Ive come to understsnd the necessity of the process but it is truly a life n death daily struggle for meaning.
