First of all you are good enough no matter what skin color you are no matter what kind of body shape you have no matter if you're short or tall and no matter if you have acne or don't you are enough you're not stupid you're probably one of the smartest people anybody has ever known you can do things right just the things you do sometimes you're not good at and it takes practice to be good at something. There's no such thing as normal nobody is normal. Everybody is weird and cool and their special way. You're not a failure sometimes you have to fail to succeed and I know it hurts to fail but you can always get back up and try again you're not alone in this world and you don't need to wear makeup to look pretty you don't need to be skinny you don't need to try to fit in and be something you're not you don't need to starve yourself and nobody is fat. Everyone is different everybody has their own personality and own learning ability to learn just because you have a depression and you're depressed doesn't mean something is wrong with you it just means you're going through a hard time just because you're going through a hard time doesn't mean you need to end it all you only live once I know it's hard living in the world we live in but there are so many awful people out there there's rapists there's pedophiles there's all of the above but we can make the world a better place by spreading kindness love and support through this beautiful community and through each and every one of people's lives remember these words and always remember that you are enough and if you don't love yourself yet that's okay you will get there love you all my little Flamingos 💖
