Enjoy Cartagena. It's so beautiful. The street food is amazing, no need for overpriced touristy restaurants. And if you have time, go elsewhere besides Cartagena like Minca or Cali or in the coffee areas near Bogota. The free walking tour in Medellin about the history was amazing. Best guide ever and tipped him very well.

I have fun. I'm excited to watch you frolic!!!! I hope you come back a swimmer buuuut.. Learning to swim can take time esp if you fear the water. I have taken two semesters of classes and I'm still not a swimmer. The first semester was just me getting familiar with water being in my ears, eyes, and nose so just enjoy if you don't learn to swim immediately at least it's starting (at least that's what I'm telling myself 😅

The Awkward Black Nomad
I’m heading to a Black-owned swim retreat by @thegallivantinggrandma. The Back To The Water Retreat will be giving Black girl joy, rest, and (hopefully) I learn how to swim. 😅🏊🏾♀️
What do you actually want to see from the trip?
