I recently remodeled my office and replaced my two solid word desks and book shelf with something new.
I figured, while I was at it, I should go ahead and refinish my old furniture so I disassembled them completely and sanded and painted all the hardware in @behrpaint "Hammered Gold" spray paint and then sanded and repainted all the wood in @behrpaint Behr Ultra "Limousine Black". I was going for a "Sho Sugi Ban" look (google it) and I really like the result. I also added casters and faux leather inserts to this one. Last pic is the the "BEFORE" I painted pic.
