Do you prioritize getting a full 8 hours of sleep every night?

@xDreamWorldx

It's extremely important! If I don't get 7-8 hours of sleep my performance and thoughts during the day are heavily affected in a negative way.

My body doesn’t allow 8 hours unless I’m completely drained. 6 1/2 - 7 hours I feel good.

8 hrs of sleep is a thing of the past, unless you're self-employed or unemployed. Most people who work over 40 hours per week (12hr+ shifts) are lucky to get around 5-6 hours of sleep, and if you have more than one job, you may even be getting less than that. Sadly, with the way todays economy is set up, people are at work more than they are at home. Home has become a rest stop, solely for eating, showering, and minimally sleeping.

My issue as of lately. I have not been and it's taking a toll on me and my work performance. Gotta get it together

I really try to but I can’t say I’m always successful. Always had difficulty going to sleep and staying asleep. Definitely messes with my workout schedule 😞

It’s tough! My job is 3am - 12pm… I get 6-7 a day.. 4 in afternoon and 1-2 at night… messes up my whole exercise schedule

Absolutely! Ir's easy for us. We have no kids, are debt-free besides our 2.75% fixed rate mortgage, and work one full-time job each. We foster cats and some of them are unruly at night, but they get to spend the night in the spare bedroom while we get quality sleep!

I try and often fail. At best I get 6-7 hours a night of sleep. Which isn't bad but could be better.
