For as long as I can recall, I've harbored an inner intensity that I've struggled to tame.

A men's retreat in Ireland recently changed everything.

I was called into a ritualized boxing match.

Quietly, I was nervous.

Being in a fight with 100 people watching is an act of deep vulnerability.

But instead of shrinking, I finally met the part of me that's unapologetically dominant.

It wasn't shamed.

It was celebrated and respected.

And that experience changed me forever.

I vow to never stifle my fire again.
