I feel like we all like to say we try new things, but in reality the one or two new things we do a month pale in comparison to the vast expanse of repetition and familiar activities

I am trying new things, but everything just feels like a watered down edition of something I have already tried. I guess "chasing the first time" by three days grace makes sense.

I PREFER doing new things, but my philosophy thinks everyone has an "assigned schedule" If your in school, your on the timetable. If you have a job, your on a 9-5 etc etc. The time outside of this schedule is always far less then the time you will spend doing the same thing at your job/school

I’m trying to exist in a quantum state of doing both at once. In a way I’m trying something new, while failing and doing the same old thing. Thus in a way I succeeded, but also not at all.
