Mountain Warrior 108

Hi everyone moving forward I’m trying to embody the Kangaroo in all of my training. In the weight lifting yes specific Roo movements for weights & body weight exercises such as Roo swimming yes I’ve got that too, leaping, striding, skipping, sprinting animal crawls & runs yes running along the ground on all fours ! Roo style Baguazhang Circle Walking & Bajiquan. Exercises as well as pure Bajiquan.
Lots more leg work yes Kicks with the extra power & strength from the leg work exercises above, I’ll also focus on flexibility & leg power.
Roo Fist & Dai Shu Quan the Martial movements are going to even more martial yet Kangaroo focused. The Roo Fist is more condensed less of an Art Form No Forms just raw street fighting 🦘🤜
When I eventually do a Form / Kata or Sequence for Dai Shu Quan I want the movements to look martial yet so Kangaroo like that people, are going to do a double take & wonder, what they are seeing. I’m going to move like a Roo & have the physicality of one, it’s endurance & strength so that if I do get into an altercation or even in sparring I want that person to question what it is that they are fighting. This is the Mountain Warrior Spirit this is my legacy to Martial Arts 🔥🦘🤜
