For like a year I never took elevators anywhere, literally was bought in to the saying “there’s no elevators to success”. Mind u I had classes and meetings on the 5th and 6th floors

I've been working in this industry for almost four years now. When I first started, I had this attitude like I was better than everyone else. I guess it was because I thought I was all about "self-improvement" and had a slightly better education. Honestly, I think my energy gave off that vibe, and it kept me from really connecting with anyone. Over the years, I’ve been humbled. Now, I feel more grounded, more masculine, and i don't plan to stay there for much longer but for me it was life changing. so much experience.

I was using coconut oil on my face instead of face cream as part of my “skin care routine”because I read it gives that natural glow 🤣 Showed up all greasy on my first day of my college class 😅 I overheard a cute girl next to me talking to her friend: “yuck, have you seen that grease on his face?” She and her friend kept laughing, until others noticed too. I was sweating nervous and made the situation even worse. Never touched coconut oil ever since

Stopped driving my car and started walking everywhere so I could save money on gas and get more healthy. I: -was always late to work -would come home with no energy to pursue my hobbies and interact with friends -ruined 2 pairs of shoes I swear to god I feel like I was the most restarted individual on the planet.

I ate rotten beef liver once. I actually think it helped my skin issues tho. Tasted like battery acid. Made me feel like I could run through a wall. Hence the name "high meat" people give it.

Taped my mouth shut while I slept as a teenager to make it a habit to use by nose to breath. I got the habit down and the benefits are good its just there's better ways than gagging yourself every night😂

Quit my job, dropped out of college, left my gf, sold my car and moved out to spend the next decade living out of a backpack. I can tell you one thing; I've never been more sure of myself. Still get stressed but it helps to know I can handle just about anything life decides to throw at me now. Was it worth it? Maybe if I had only done it for a year or two. At least now I'm strong af 🤙
