What motivates me is that strength training with you is fun and doable and it keeps my blood sugars lower, so thank you both!!🥰

I also like a quote from this channel on the warm up video I use every time (5min) where he says every winner was once a beginner! ❤

I've been working out for almost 50 years and look forward to my workouts. The feeling I get from stretching, walking and working out with light weights is my motivation. Becoming more physically agile with better balance is essential to aging.

This is one hundred percent facts!!! Even if it wasn't your best day, the fact that you showed up and did SOMETHING is a win in my book.

I promise myself 30 minutes of work everyday that way even when I have an off day or day I am not feeling well I will do some stretching yoga or ab work. If you do small periods of time everyday on different body parts the cumulative affect is awesome. Thanks Coach K!

I've been following your guys since 2019, and now i'm subscriber. I never skip a workout unless i'm travelling. And i'm 67 years old girl. 😂

Except if you're too tired to train but you push yourself because of this type of push harder nonsense and then get injured so you can't train for months. Just go consistently and if you don't feel up for doing a workout every so often it's ok to skip it, as long as you get back on it the day or two after

I usually workout in the mornings before work. Yesterday morning I had a chiropractor appointment because my back was killing me so I couldn't workout. Coincidentally it was supposed to be a back workout lol. But I ended up doing it when I got home from work anyway. Plus I had a migraine so I pushed through with a hurting back and pounding head. Not really smart but it shows my true discipline.

AS I' ve been doing your workouts for about 5 years I' ve learned that it's s helpful and inspiring to do the workout when I feel sad or hurt because I know that I feel really good and much better than before. Thank you!

It begins with, "what if" i did my exercise even when it is almost on the threshold of skipping... Then with the weak and low energy thinking that this is just the "part of the progress"...

Cuz you're so encouraging and they make you feel right about yourself 💓

I have to force myself to do it and not think about it 😂. However, I do sometimes tell myself it's all in my head, and I can do anything I set my mind to. Or I tell myself it's ok if I can't give it 100 percent today but to try and see how I feel afterward

One time i got back from jogging and went right into anaphylaxis for the first and only time in my life, woke up in an ambulance. I saw two Allergy specialists and both brought up the term exercise induced anaphylaxis, but neither could explain why it only happened this one time, maybe high pollen that day combined with intense breathing. This was years ago and I jog outside all the time, and have never needed to use my epipen. The body can be weird.

when im getting distracted im thinking "why the hell, why in the world something should get between me and my goal"

I don't know why I find it so hard to just do it. It's like I know there's something mentally wrong that I have to get over, but I'm also self aware enough to know I could if I made the effort.

I almost skipped exercise after a COVID infection. I very much did regret not skipping it as I'm pretty convinced that this contributed to long COVID. If you have or recently had a viral infection your very much might regret not skipping exercise. Also, if you normally enjoy working out and don't feel like it one day, better take a second to figure out if maybe you should take a day off.

I ask my partner should I go or skip and he always says go so I go I’ve been doing it weekly 2x clases 150 min and using 2 videos from the channel to warm up religiously and stretch ❤ Ive been on the journey for 2 months consistently if I’m not travelling. I’ve also read the research that 8k steps is the sweet spot so I don’t pressure myself in the gym as I’ll walk the steps necessary and that’ll help my health so much!
