⚠️ Why some face exercises can actually make things worse

Many people start doing intense jaw or chin workouts — chewing motions, strong massages, or “lifting” exercises.
But in most cases, the real issue isn’t weakness — it’s tension.

When your jaw and neck are already tight, adding more effort only increases the spasm.
Over time, this can make your face look heavier, more tense, or even asymmetrical.

What really helps:
– first, release the tension,
– then gently activate the deeper lifting muscles,
– and always breathe deeply — it helps your body let go of stress.
