You couldn’t have anything like the Halo SS13 server on SS14 because “people” would immediately start demanding to be able to play as lizards/vulps on UNSC, pearl clutch about the below image, and start putting their fursona in halo “fan” fart. Also you get called racist or fascist and gate-kept because you give a shit about the setting.
Before you say I’m wrong this exact thing happened to Alien with RMC.
Whenever tourists like furries are in any kind of fandom unless you gate-keep them they will become a critical mass that starts gate-keeping you if you complain about it.
Side note: furries are perpetual tourists in anything because they care more about being a furry than being a fan of anything else, why else would they call themself a furry.
