"What is the body in the shadow of the minds work" cried the philosopher "What is the mind in the shadow of deaths work" retorted the doctor

Was literally just getting done watching your "The Horror Of Having A Body" from a year ago video and was lowkey feeling almost enlightened and then scrolled down to see this about you having health problems and I was so worried for a sec 😭 I'm glad your okay! As someone who has pushed herself to the limit and gotten hurt as a result TOO MANY TIMES, go easy on yourself, take breaks, rest, make time for relaxing and take care of yourself 💜

So sorry to hear you went through that. I can second hand say that it’s a horrible condition. So happy to hear you are dealing better

Oh god, this post is how I learn that you have type-1 diabetes! I was diagnosed with T1D just over 5 months ago, and the diagnosis was given as I was being hospitalized for a severe case of diabetic ketoacidosis! That shit sucks, and I hope that you'll be able to get back to taking care of yourself again, now that hopefully you won't be as stressed 💜

I hope you to recover fast, your video about the horror of having a body inspired me to finish a short film script about the topic, thanks a lot!

Thank you for sharing your experience. I am trying to hold down a full-time job, be a caregiver for an elderly parent, and go to school full time. I will heed your warning; we aren’t much good to anyone if we don’t take care if ourselves first. Thank you, and I hope your recovery is quick! 💕

DKA is terrifying. It's hard to tell when your own breath is turning sweet and having your blood cause problems makes getting help difficult! I'm glad you're safe now! Please take care of yourself! My family has diabetes and two people had to have emergency eye surgery because of the complications! It just creeps up so fast...

Hi hi! I was in the hospital this week for diabetic ketoacidosis. I’ve been type one diabetic for 17 years and this was my first time having serious complications.
I got out of the ICU today around noon. I AM NOW FINE!! And it’s unlikely if I take care of myself that I will have further complications.
I was too focused on getting this video out and my health fell on the wayside. Needless to say, I’ll be a little late with this video. PLEASE DO NOT DO WHAT I DID AND TAKE CARE OF YOURSELVES!
