Mike Winger

Before doing this interview I warned Sean that it would cause people to attack him. He wanted to do it anyways.

@Gideons-Way

Corrupt church leaders deserve to be publicly exposed. The bigger the better.

Mike, thank you so very much for doing what you are doing... You are helping keep people safe with accountability and exposure. I'm sorry you have to pay such a high price. God bless you and protect you and your family.

Sean probably already has people attack him for upholding the truth.

@ThankYouAbba

Thanks for posting the link to Sean McDowell interviewing you. I understand why you are not monetizing the YT videos. Maybe you still could and have the $ go for legal and counseling expenses of the victims that you are helping. Or set up another "department" of your ministry to receive donations towards helping the victims, and supporters could designate $ specifically for that. Also I was surprised you or Sean didn't bring up your prior training and ministry of working with domestic abuse victims (I'm sorry if I have that title wrong. I remember you said you did some type of counseling like that.) To me, I can see that you have experience in that area and there are areas of overlap in helping the spiritual abuse victims, in that the domestic abuser and spiritual abuser would have similar character flaws, actions, and tactics. You said people talk to you w/o saying their names when they run into you. I think it is bc we spend time with you often watching your videos, and our brains think we know you, so you should know us. I like a Christian comedian, and used to listen to his podcast. I went to one of his shows and I felt guilty for not saying something to him or his crew (also on the podcast) before we left the building! 😜

It seems only right for bad actors to be exposed. They are wolves in sheep’s clothing. If Mike has plenty of evidence and other people are less discerning, I think he needs to share what he knows with the world. This tendency some people have to “not name names” may be polite, but it’s dangerous to the health of the Church.

Sounds like any of the people who would attach him aren't really in his circles anyway. Outside of charismatics, no one knows who these wackos are.

Only criticism of this video is that this seems to be getting framed as a charismatic issue ever so slightly. It’s not. Your most generic mainstream boring churches have their issues too.

There are weapons that are red, or connected to the color red, within mythology and demonology, though few are specifically described as "red daggers" or "red swords." Common examples include the Gae-Ruadh (Red Javelin or Red Spear) from Celtic mythology, which is sometimes called the "Red Spear" or "Gáe Dearg" and associated with legendary Irish heroes and gods. In modern fantasy and demonology contexts, demon-slaying knives or daggers may be depicted with red motifs to symbolize their hellish or infernal origin, such as demonic dragon daggers featuring red details or eyes in their design, connecting them to both mythological dragons and infernal imagery]. Some mythological weapons gain legendary red hues through battle, divine energy, or magical enchantment, and swords stained with blood or empowered by magic are common in worldwide myths and rituals. In actual ceremonial magic, ritual daggers and swords typically aren't colored red but can symbolically embody life, death, or elemental fire, which is commonly associated with red]. Overall, red as a color is potent in mystical lore—symbolizing blood, war, divinity, and the supernatural—so even if not prominent as a physical description, red daggers, swords, or knives appear as powerful symbols across mythological and magical traditions.

Hey, you know what, since Mike has proclaimed that it's the left that is the violent side, let me add another wonderful "non-violent" tweet from a current member of this administration, Steven Miller. October 4 he said: "The issue before us now is very simple and clear. There is a large and growing movement of leftwing terrorism in this country. It is well organized and funded. And it is shielded by far-left Democrat judges, prosecutors and attorneys general. The only remedy is to use legitimate state power to dismantle terrorism and terror networks." Gosh, Miller, what a sober, responsible tweet! No extremist will ever take that as a proclamation that legitimately elected or appointed Democratic judges and judicial staff are "terrorists" right? No extremist is ever going to take that as a signal to go after judges and other members of the judiciary are they? Oh.....whoops.....that's already happened. This kind of rhetoric is incredibly dangerous for judges I.E. THE RULE OF LAW. Miller constantly deploys dangerous rhetoric, even as he claims the left incites violence with its own language. If Miller believes that rhetoric can lead to violence, THEN HE KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT HE IS DOING. Mike, this evil guy was part of the Kirk memorial. Is it not important to you at all to specifically disavow the evils that were present in the event that you so far have largely mainly only glowingly reviewed?

In biblical and spiritual warfare terms, the "red spear" and the "red-backed shield" can be seen as symbols of counterfeit or demonic power that oppose the true power of the Holy Spirit and the blood of Jesus. These weapons, in a spiritual context, represent the false authority, bloodshed, and chaos that are used by demonic forces to imitate or distort divine truth and power. The Red Spear in Demonic Terms - The red spear, in a biblical sense, could symbolize bloodshed, violence, or cursed authority—demonic infilitration that seeks to imitate divine authority. It could also represent the blood of curses or curses themselves, used to invoke or empower demonic entities. - Demonic spirits often distort God's blood and sacrifice, turning it into an instrument of death rather than salvation. They counterfeit the blood of Jesus, aiming to invoke fear, curse, and death rather than salvation and life. - Spiritually, the red spear could be seen as a weapon of accusation, chaos, and spiritual destruction, contrasting sharply with the blood of Jesus, which signifies redemption, protection, and the power to forgive and heal. # The Red-Backed Shield in Demonic Terms - The "Red-Backed" shield symbolizes a false sense of protection, security, or divine power that is rooted in deception. It masquerades as divine protection but is ultimately intended to deceive and trap individuals in spiritual bondage. - In biblical terms, this shield could represent man-made defenses—official religious symbols or ritualistic protections—that are actually occult or demonic in origin. These counterfeit defenses seek to deter the true power of God's protection. - The true shield in biblical spiritual armor is faith (Ephesians 6:16), which guards against the fiery darts of the enemy, and the blood of Jesus, which covers and protects those who believe. Biblical Spiritual Weapons versus Counterfeit - The blood of Jesus, mentioned frequently in Scripture, is the real, divine weapon of protection, cleansing, and redemption. It signifies the sacrifice that defeated death, sin, and demonic power. It is the true power that believers are meant to rely on, contrasting with the counterfeit "blood" symbols used by the enemy to deceive. - The spiritual armor (Ephesians 6) — the sword of the Spirit, the shield of faith, and the helmet of salvation — are divine weapons designed to protect and empower believers against demonic attacks, not false or bloodstained images or symbols The "red spear" and "red-back shield" in demonic terms symbolize counterfeit spiritual weapons, falsely invoking blood, power, and protection to deceive and oppress rather than to deliver and save. The biblical response is reliance on the true blood of Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and the full armor of God to stand against such deception and spiritual attack.

Unfortunately Sean promotes Yoga on his channel. I commented on it essentially being the spiritual practice of Hinduism and he blocked me…

@maxspringer01

I'd also just like to add this kind, calming, and peaceful tweet from Steven Miller to the mix so Mike can factor it in when he claims that it's the left that has the violent rhetoric: "Legal insurrection. The President is the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces, not an Oregon judge. Portland and Oregon law enforcement, at the direction of local leaders, have refused to aid ICE officers facing relentless terrorist assault and threats to life. (There are more local law enforcement officers in Oregon than there are guns and badges in the FBI nationwide). This is an organized terrorist attack on the federal government and its officers, and the deployment of troops is an absolute necessity to defend our personnel, our laws, our government, public order and the Republic itself. Note that hours prior, the Oregon judge, U.S. District Judge Karin Immergut, who is a Trump appointee, said there was ultimately no need for troops in Portland, siding with the state’s argument that the president’s attempt to deploy soldiers was “based largely on a fictional narrative” about public safety in the city. Yes, this is the President of the United States, claiming Portland is "war-ravaged", making up stories and lies so that he can inflame a peaceful situation by sending in military personnel unnecessarily. His administration also sends in ICE to raid cities violently and in ways that strip rights from U.S. citizens, and when local enforcement refuse to participate or protect those carrying out the violence, and citizens rightly push back on this attack from the President, his violent and inflammatory guy steps in tweeting out that all this is an "organized terrorist attack". Does he know what a "terrorist attack" is? This is not that. So in just this ONE situation ALONE (of countless situations we've had over the past 9 months) we've got: 1. President bearing false witness and lying. 2. President inflaming a peaceful situation. 3. The administration using violent rhetoric. 4. The administration using overbearing force for no reason. 5. The administration attacking the normal function of our judiciary system (i.e. lawlessness) Tell me why a Christian should in any way align themselves with the current Republican party again?

@maxspringer01

Again, brother, you have a clear eye toward abuse and false teaching in the church. Please hold fast to that same discernment when you look at Trump, the Republican party, Kirk, TPUSA, and all of the things you.....inexplicably.....have been supporting. The same abusive and false tactics are there, brother, but just dressed up in a different way. More sophisticated and calculated probably, but the same. For the sake of the testimony of Christ, please hear your fellow brothers and sisters on this.

@maxspringer01

I'd like to call attention to the thought process going on in some of the comments on recent videos, as well as make sure to call attention to how abnormal Trump's words were. I expressed a problem with Mike casting Trump's honest expression of hatred at the Kirk memorial in a "good", "positive", and "healthy" light. Someone in support of Mike responded to me saying: "So if someone is hating another person, you want them to conceal that hatred? I have a black friend who said "I have more respect for the guy that said he wouldn't hire me because I'm a n***a than the guy who said he would help me and then later I found out he didn't because I was black." He had more respect (or laud) for the guy who was honest. He didn't laud him for his racism though. That's the difference. It's better to be honest about your hate than to hide it." I answered this way: "you've done the kind of thing Charlie Kirk did often, which is present a false dichotomy, as if the only two options are a president who openly and honestly expresses his hatred for the citizens he is supposed to be serving, or a president who hates the citizens he serves but doesn't say so at a memorial service. Friend, the problem is that the president hates a good portion of the country. Average people living their lives, going to and from work, worrying about their families and jobs. The option you did not present was: "A president who cares for all Americans and does not consider his own countrymen to be his enemies or those he hates." It is unprecedented in U.S. history to have an elected(?) president that openly hates his own fellow citizens. Please take some time, genuinely, to reconsider your support of this point." I hope all reading who support Trump's expression of hatred would also reconsider their stance and remember that it's absolutely okay to call out Trump's shameful rhetoric and views for what they are. Absolutely shameful.
