I found your full body workout with no squats or lunges! Thank you for creating this! I have terrible knees so being able to get a full body workout in felt great! It’s been a long time sine I’ve finished a workout and didn’t feel defeated. I would love to see more of these types of videos! ❤️❤️

I really loved the first month and I'm totally ready to continue! Your workouts are challenging but give so much energy. I hope to keep up the energy during the fall and winter. Thank you! Also, I loved the new video with no rest sometimes. It is very helpfull to have a 15 sec break if you explain a new move, but if not nescessary, keep on going! You really find the perfect balance.

This is my first challenge ever and I loooove it. I feel stronger, energise. I lost 3cm from belly and 2cm from chest so far, weight is the same. Cant wait for the second part and won't be the last. Thank you Mik. xxx 💪🏻💪
