There's only one "legend killer" and it ain't Gunther!

No. One legend retiring is enough. Gunther doesn’t even deserve this match. I don’t know what it’s gonna take for WWE to push LA Knight and give him the respect he deserves.

I’m still sour that they went with effing Corbin to put Kurt Angle out to pasture. In both kayfabe and shoot sense it should have been Cena hands down.

To clarify, no one is retiring anybody. It's usually your decision (unless it's injury related), on whether you want to retire atp or not. Gunther just happened to be Goldberg's and now John Cena's final opponent, and I just hate using that statement. Like what if Goldberg or John Cena came back for one more match? That term would be totally meaningless, and shouldn't be said anymore.

If Gunther does win it’ll be by John Cena passing out like Austin against Brett at mania but I feel Cena needs to win or it’d be a unforgettable last match like Kurt angles

Doubt it, I reckon Big Match John will pass out rather than tap out!

Too bad Sheamus is hurt - he would have been the best option. At this point, yeah, Gunther should tap him out.
