Gifts? There are no gifts! Lessons? There are a ton but here is the biggest realization….realizing I was never really fat until I was MenoFat!

I have come to realise that I am pretty cool just as I am and whether you like me or not that’s ok. I can be me and enjoy being a quirky middle aged woman and get away with it. I have lived a life with ups and downs and have gained wisdom to be an empathetic ear. I love this time of life it’s been a lifetime in the making I feel free and with the power of fasting I tweak the things that are not quite right and do my best to live clean but sometimes we just need to be a 😈 but hey we pay the price and we clean up. So here is to the best time of life I hope you all find this place xx

Oddly enough, it gave me the gift of early detection of uterine cancer and therefore a complete hysterectomy. Not having a period and seeing symptoms that made me go hmm. Made me incredibly grateful for Menopause.

Haven’t found anything positive yet and I’m a positive person. Menopause robs so much from us and leaves us (atleast me) as a shell of the person we were. I’m still deep in the meno changes so perhaps there will be some positive refinement down the road to see. 🤷♀

We’ve spent far too long talking about what we lose in menopause - our cycles, our fertility, our younger selves.
But what if we started talking about what we gain? 💛
For so many women, this transition becomes a doorway into deeper clarity, confidence, and freedom than they’ve ever known. The noise quiets. The people-pleasing fades. And what’s left is a woman who finally knows her own truth.
Yes, there are sleepless nights and hot flashes and waves of emotion… but beneath it all, there’s an awakening.. a return to yourself.
So I want to ask you: What’s one gift or lesson menopause has given you?
Your story might be exactly what another woman needs to hear to realize that this season of life isn’t decline, it’s becoming.
