Tbh, what I love the most about your channel is your breakdown of scientific studies, giving us the layman explanation that we can understand and form our own views that we otherwise would never be able to. To me, at least, is what makes this the most valuable channel in fitness.

All except Strength. I can't lift heavy because of all my injuries and restrictions, so it is what it is. I'm currently trying to lose some fat, but it seems that no matter what I do, I lose more muscles than fat. First 6-8 weeks went well, but after that I have lost probably 80% muscle 20% fat. It shouldn't be this hard at around 21% bodyfat (175lbs). Weight loss has been pretty steady and not too fast. I have not starved myself in any "phase". Protein intake has been from 180g-240g and it doesn't seem to matter. This is so frustrating. I'm 49 years old, and before I started I had 10 years break from gym, so I assumed that I would even gain some muscle while losing fat.

Injury recovery/prevention. I'd like to hear more about how you healed your herniated discs.

A question. As a 48 year old man, that started lifting last year. Needed to loose alot of weight then. Now I feel that I need to be stronger, especially in my upper body. But I know that musles is important for longevity, should I focus more on muscle growth or strenght if a good long life is the goal?
