I work flexi hours, so i started with taking my laptop to a cafe and catching up on work! That way i felt less self-conscious because i was "working" and less worried about my external environment. Then after a few work sessions and i got comfortable with the space, i slowly started going there just to chill, relax...maybe listen to some music, read an e-book or just have my favourite peanut butter frappe while people watching!
