Free from stutter

I’ve recently had the pleasure of being interviewed by Ahsan Mustafa.

And I noticed there’s a trend.

People who stutter tend to believe that speech therapy is — or should be — about learning the tools.

And quite a lot of speech therapists believe the same way.

As a result, speech therapy and intensive stuttering programs become a place to learn those tools.

That was my experience with speech therapy and learning the hand technique too.

And it is awesome. As they learn the tools, people who stutter create new speaking experiences and see the improvement.

Yet, learning the tools is just the starting point.

If we stop there and expect that IT will keep “working,” stuttering is coming back soon.

Getting free from stuttering is not just about learning the tools. It’s about developing a habit of proactively creating speaking experiences using the tools.

Otherwise, the tools fade away - just like your knowledge of a foreign language that you don’t use.

That’s why I created the Free From Stutter Program — not just to teach the hand technique (which I believe is the best tool), but also to build a system for creating speaking experiences moving forward.

You can still join the program this weekend: www.freefromstutter.com/

Wishing you a great day!

Kind regards,
Andrey
