Was expecting Heath Ledgers joker to be winning this but pleasantly surprised to see how many people appreciate Christoph Waltz as Landa. Both are absolute iconic villains

Knowing that some version of hans definitely existed makes him more terrifying because it's real. The joker is so connected to batman that we want to see him do something crazy so that it's more satisfying when batman stops him. He's a perfect antagonist, but Hans is a perfect villain.

It Landa.. He seems sane, but his evil actions are rooted in real-life atrocities. It’s disturbing how his careful choices led to brutality. This shows that some of history's worst people were rational. You don’t have to be crazy to do terrible things; sometimes it’s just a choice to embrace darkness.
