when breathing exercises are too long, I just get bored and end up giving up haha looking forward to trying out the new method when it comes out!! π

I've seen many people recommend the cinema method recently and I wanted to try it. Yay! I've been listening to your meditations for more than a year, unfortunately I haven't shifted yet, but I felt the closest with the intention method (I could hear voices in Elvish and felt someone sitting on my bed). Of course I won't give up! Even when I don't shift, your audios are always a great help to sleep and relax β₯

I always fall asleep during the breathing exercises cause it's sooooo relaxing π΄. I end up watching the video 2 or 3 times so I can actually listen to the method

Awesome! I think a breathing exercise shouldn't be longer than 1 and a half minutes because I'm already relaxed and I wanna actually get to the method before sleeping. Can't wait for future content !

I saw someone comment on either the Julia method or raven method about putting a short description on what the method is about in the description of the video! Just a suggestion but I think itβd be useful! Keep up the good work Alunir! <3

I personally love the breathing exercises but I agree, they really don't need to be longer than 2 minutes.. especially if you start adding theta frequencies

HIIIIIIIIIIII CINEMA METHOD IS GOING LIVE IN A FEW DAYS !!
Also, I've been hearing a lot of complaints/discomfort from people regarding the breathing exercises being too long or that it makes you doze off way to quickly (& man we're trynna shift, not sleep right off the bat hehe), so I tried to really shorten these exercises in this one, please let me know what you think? I'm trying to know if I keep it like this or if the old way was better for you.
