Shouldn't we be more concerned about Johnson refusing to swear in the congresswoman from AZ? Are we just not honoring the results of elections anymore? What happens if he just refuses to swear her in...does he get punished at all?

What does it look like to hold this administration accountable? Because it feels like none of the people who deserve it will ever see the inside of a jail cell.

What is with this executive order targeting “anti-American, anti-Christian (insert buzzwords from the conservative cinematic universe)…um, terrorists? What?”?

What’s happening to our illegal immigrants inside of these ICE detention centers/camps? Assaulted by guards? Not fed enough? Not given enough medical care and dying? How much is being covered up about this and not told to us?

What’s the game plan? What is the most legally aggressive strategy to claw back our democracy? Who do we vote for and when? What is needed quantitatively for us to regain political power from the Trump administration? WHAT DO WE DO. I think we’re past the point of “I’m not here to tell you what to think/do” people are lost and need guidance. People are distraught and have very few clear avenues for action and change. Enough debate. We want direction.

Trans rights for sure, but also the legal quagmire untrained ICE recruits have started by threatening to shoot a first responder/blocking an emergency vehicle in Portland? Not only is this unreported, but it brings up the question of "what happens when federal agents break state and federal laws?" Could Portland PD arrest ICE for blocking first responders?

@Hylirica

I’ve been wondering a lot about the legal context of self-defense in this moment, particularly with unidentified agents in our communities and criminals easily able to impersonate them. Is it a citizen’s obligation to go along with an officer who refuses to provide ID or show their face? Is it punishable by law to treat an unidentified person as a threat just because they claim to be an agent of the government? What kind of force are we legally allowed to use to defend ourselves in these unclear situations?

How can we meaningfully punish people like Stephen Miller and other syccophants from lying about everything?

For me, LGBTQ and reproductive rights are most top of mind and what I am most afraid of losing under the tRump regime.

Why are state officials, such a Governors and the like, not pushing to pass state mandates that ban ICE from having face coverings, and also making sure that they MUST identify themselves? Illinois comes to mind. JB Pritzker has been super outspoken about ICE, but I've not seen any movement on him trying to push something through the stage legislature. Do states rights matter at all?

Even if we win the midterms will the democrats be able to rein in this administration at all? I feel like it’s hopeless either way with the gerrymandering but if we actually pull it off is there hope for this country?

Why are Americans and the United States so bad at direct action against fascism, it seems like we take 2 steps forward, then allow the regime to force us 50 steps back. Because the answer is definitely not to just simply elect democrats again, it just seems so stagnate.

NSPM-7. The database of Americans the regime claims are anti American, anti Christian, etc. Would you look into this executive order? Think it covers the majority of us. Thank you for all your efforts!

How scared should I as a trans and neurodivergent person be? Iirc they just reimplemented the passport gender thing, and if the Democrats cave, I'll lose access to my healthcare. And there's the whole autism mental health RFK thing. Am I screwed?

How about a deep dive exposing the republican myth that democrats "shut down the government to give free healthcare to illegal aliens." Could take a look at all the relevant sections of the democrat counter proposal to the CR, the sections of the OBBBA referenced there, and even the relevant sections of the Social Security Act. This is such a major talking point for Maga Mike and the republicans, and I think democrats should confront it head-on!

Leeja, you are always addressing what is most important and it's how I'm able to hold other platforms accountable bc I need them to keep the EFF up with YOU!! I don't understand why they are not. Or maybe I do know, and I don't want to believe that so many of them are already compromised. Thank YOU for your whipsmart wit, your passion and compassion and immense intelligence, and awareness. YOU SEE THROUGH THE BS! Your hard work shows in EVERY video you've made❤

Why doesn't anyone seem to be concerned about/working to make sure there ARE midterm elections, are elections at all?

It could take generations to fix the decisions of this Supreme Court. What is the path moving forward to return ethics, Chevron principle, Roe, Presidential immunity to what it should be and how long will it take?

@selenjalivv

How can we get more accountability. The government is violating the Hatch act during the shut down. Republicans rule all branches so no one will be held accountable. What can the people do. Legal ramifications of making our military political, like POTUS and DoW are trying to do.
