Not intentional comfort...
the automatic kind.

You finish work, sit down for “a minute,” and suddenly you’re three episodes deep into a show you don’t even care about. Your phone’s in your hand and you can’t remember picking it up. And without realising it, your evenings start blending into the same pattern: work, sofa, screen, sleep.
