Excited for the reveal! I know you guys have been working very hard on this one, over a year of development too, so I can't wait to see the reveal, praise, reaction, and overwhelming support because it is deserved! As for my guess though, probably Hat Kid or Yamato. :)

HER leads me to believe it could be Hornet considering we got the silksong trailer, but it could also be Shantae since she also just got a new game, which honestly would be awesome to see. Maybe even Madeline from Celeste?

Character 7 reveal trailer NEXT WEEK!
We’re beyond thrilled to announce that at long last, we’ll be revealing our next playable character just one week from today, on Thursday, August 28th! She’s the culmination of thousands of hours of hard work across many months from our small team, and we couldn’t be more proud of how she came together. We also can’t wait for you to see the trailer we’ve put together for her - honestly, we think it’ll knock your socks off. Check out the trailer here on this YouTube channel next Thursday!
But that’s not all: the new character will also be playable at PAX West ahead of her release! If you’re attending the event, come visit us at Booth 657 to try her out ahead of schedule.
Character 7 finally getting revealed is a pretty big moment for us, and one that we’ve been working towards for a long time now. We hope you’re as excited as we are!
