Last night was so fun I took a Dance class for the first time since 2017 boy did this show me I got some work to do. I'm currently bruised up and can't walk without experiencing pain but it was sooooo worth it. I used to pray for community and I feel like I found it with these girls 💛✨ . If you're in the Las Vegas area and you want to do something fun and break a sweat try @theladiesroomlv you won't regret it it! I'll be postponing the 100 kettlebell Swings untill my thighs heal 😂😂😂✨🫶🏽
