Transform a nether fortress in the nether in anything but peaceful mode, that should be a fun project!! The spruce village sounds like an amazing project, but start from scratch.

I would have gone with Spruce Village since I'm building a village from scratch in a spruce forest myself at the moment - but, I'm in need for inspiration for a farm for said village, as that's the next project on my list, so I have to go with cozy farm here 😉
