Air-fried quesadillas filled with leftovers: “Black beans You Eat Everyday”, and Gamechanger Cheese, topped with chilled tomato/onion salad.
This morning, I woke up not feeling 100. And right now, I am so grateful for having a Breville oven (not a sponsor or a plug, just being real),
Along with an electric pressure cooker that, at this very moment, is cooking up the next batch of black beans for dinner.
Solid appliances, built to be real help in the kitchen are my absolute foopin favorites.
Back to the couch. 🛋️

I really hope you feel much better Jill!! ❤️💕🙏🏼 I agree with you on the appliances!! While I don’t have a Breville oven, I have the kitchen Aid one…. Best 300 dollars I’ve ever spent (during the pandemic)… my husband is in the medical field and I needed to get meals cooked immediately during that time… sometimes he would only be home to shower, get an hour nap and he was back out the door!! So I needed healthy meals made with the quickness!!!!! So I got my dream “toaster/convection oven and air fryer” all in one! It’s 4 years later and no lie, I’ve used it every day for 4 years! Best purchase ever!! And of course I just love my instant pot to bits!! Couldn’t live without that!! Funny side note.. my instant pot sat in the box for 2 years as I was to scared to use it at first!! 😑😂 I’m 54 and my Gran used a pressure cooker from the 1940’s (totally serious here) to can all our foods. It was so dangerous that us kids were not even allowed to come in the house to use the potty while she was pressure canning…. So that’s why I was such a wuss about my instant pot at first. Of course now I know that it’s completely safe and not at all like the old school canners of 70-75 years ago! Sorry about my accidental book, thanks for reading i
